I've tried it and I LOVE it. I can breathe without the whistle-nose effect. My ears don't feel stopped up. I haven't had the booger scaffolding I usually get in the winter. I do this every day now!
Jef tried it. He slept better that night than he has in a very long time-- because he could breathe. Plus, he didn't snore!
For around $15 you too can have your very own Neti Pot with a month's worth of saline mix. They are out there- grocery stores, drug stores, internet stores.

I saw it on Oprah awhile back and wondered if it was all that it was cracked up to be! Now that it has your vote, I am sold :)
Nope I haven't tried that. Years ago though I had a nurse I worked with tell me about how before antibiotics if you had a sinus infection they used to flush your nasal passages with Saline. So since I had a sinus infection I tried it. The infection got worse. Glad this works for you but I may not try it.
I'm with B...it is gross. Pam has one though and she loves it.

Hmmmmm....not too sure about this. However, at this point, still pretty much miserable, I could probably be tlaked into just aboiut anything.
I did, when I didn't know I was allergic to my cat and had a stuffy nose for a year. It works well, except for the couple of time it went down my throat...ewwww.

Hey, I saw that on Oprah a while ago! If Nick would try it I would so get it for him. But I know him, he wont go near it.
Forgot to add....I purchased Pam's at a pottery store. I thought that it was a tiny genie lamp. I used it as a knick-knack until Pam found out the intended purpose. hehe!
